Additionally, I implemented the directives of the General Manager, oversaw tasks such as workshop drawings, quantity surveying, preparing cost studies and budgets, studying tenders, contracting with subcontractors and clients, managing procurements, assessing and evaluating subcontractors, as well as reviewing subcontractors' invoices.

Other tasks included preparing cost studies, budgets, invoices, and contracts, as well as managing the demanding and purchasing of materials. I also played a crucial role in preparing time schedules and closely monitoring projects to ensure timely completion within the planned budget. Furthermore, I was responsible for preparing monthly invoices and overseeing the issuance of licenses.
